Mr. Golvala has over 40 years of extensive experience in the realm of taxation laws, offering tax advisory services to a diverse clientele, which includes both local and multinational companies across various sectors such as manufacturing, real estate, construction, shipping, processing industry, services, and distribution.

 

In his most recent role, Mr. Golvala served as Managing Partner and Senior Tax Partner at Kalyaniwalla & Mistry LLP, a firm of Chartered Accountants. He has been actively involved in conducting Tax due diligence assessments for both buyers and vendors in numerous sectors, often encompassing cross-border transactions.

 

Mr. Mehli M Golvala holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is based in Mumbai, India.
