He has led major portfolio and brand mandates at Pernod Ricard, driving category leadership for Imperial Blue, Royal Stag, and 100 Pipers, along with award‑winning innovation.

He has successfully scaled businesses—doubling topline in Rajasthan and driven high‑impact marketing programs, data‑led A&P optimization, and team capability building across multiple markets.

As Zonal Marketing Manager, North and West at Tilak Nagar Industries Limited, he was responsible for steering brand strategy, commercial growth, and portfolio leadership for a multi‑state business, bringing disciplined execution, creative excellence, and strong financial acumen to drive sustained enterprise performance.

Uday will oversee and drive the performance of established deluxe, semi-premium and premium market brands with direct management of brands which include Iconiq, SRB7, Srishti, and NPDs.
