Sumeet is a qualified Company Secretary (2000 batch) and has 24 plus years of experience as a secretarial professional across different sectors including Manufacturing, NBFC and Automobile.
His expertise lies in all secretarial work including oversea the Governance practices, Committees and Board Meetings preparations, Statutory Compliance, filing to the ROC e-forms and Stock Exchange intimations, advising group companies on secretarial matters and has worked across MNCs and Fortune 500 companies.

He has worked on the development of in-house RPT applications for identification of RPs and collation of transactions at Mahindra Group level, worked on various corporate restructuring projects including drafting Scheme of Amalgamations, various Acquisitions and Divestments. He has last worked as a General Manager-Corporate Secretarial with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited for past 15 Years (in 2 stints).

He will be responsible for re-engineering existing processes and align them to the requirements of a listed company. His focus would be on compliances, smooth functionality of the entire secretarial function, simplification and digitization of processes.
