Roshni is a qualified MBA and has been in Marketing for 18 years. In her last role, she was the Global Head of Brand & Communication at Sleek Tech, Singapore. Previously she has also worked for Jungle Venture, Kraft Heinz, Unilever and Whirlpool to name a few.
Roshni’s expertise has been in growing business through strategic and data driven market, product innovation, integrated campaigns & cross functional collaboration.
Ms. Roshni will lead growth initiatives for the Iconiq brand, spearhead the launch and market penetration of new brands, including Golden Mist Brandy and the Rock Paper Rum portfolio and launch new brands in the “white space” – Mass and Prestige & Above categories. With the above Mr. Akshya Vadhera & Ms. Munmun Chakraborty will report to her with immediate effect.
