Ramesh is a qualified Law Graduate (2004 batch) and has 20 years of experience as a legal professional
across different sectors including Manufacturing and Chemical.

His expertise lies in all legal work, leading the legal function and responsible to protect the organization’s director’s and KMP’s interest against risk of criminal prosecution for alleged non-compliance, litigations, breach of contract, protection of Intellectual Property Rights, formulate strategy to bring down debtor’s list and has worked across MNCs and Indian Promoter driven organizations.

Ramesh began his career as a practicing lawyer handling litigation matters and then made a shift to Corporate where he has been involved in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing business contracts, in addition to handling litigation matters. He is currently working as a Head of Legal with Blue Star Limited for past 2.5 Years.
